At Red Fox Gaming, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Red Fox Gaming account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
